Do you want to feel good?

Do you want to feel better? Do you want to experience more feelings of joy,

Well, my friends, sometimes the most powerful things

are actually easy, which is why they're easily overlooked.

What I'm about to share with you today is obvious,

but many of us simply don't do it.

If you want to feel good, remove anything and everything that makes you feel bad.

What surrounds you in your life, what exists in your life that makes you feel bad?

Maybe you have a messy workspace or a bedroom that needs a bit of a reorg.

Maybe you're following social media accounts that make you feel resentful or sad or scared.

Maybe there are half-finished projects that are surrounding your office in different forms of paperwork,

How about you get really honest with yourself for just a moment, take a look around in your life and

make a note of anything that brings you down, that makes you feel heavy, that makes you feel disconnected, that takes you
