My dear Skylarkians, it's been a while.

For those of you long-time listeners, this long wait is what previous generations might refer to as Old Hat, something you've come to expect from time to time.

For those of you who started listening recently, you might be thinking that the show has ended.

Welcome to being a Desert Skies fan.

I assure you, the show has not ended, nor will it, until I finish the story I aim to tell.

I'm not going to go into too much detail, but not long after releasing the January

episode, my house flooded and was occupied by contractors for the next month and some days.

That should have been the end of it, but trouble, as we all know, comes in threes, or fours or

fives. I am totally fine, no lie, and I really appreciate your patience.

I am working on an episode, one that I think you'll enjoy, one that I think I'll enjoy.

The show has not been abandoned, it will return, and until then, safe travels, and thanks for your patience.
