Hey Ryan, hey everybody, I am here in sunny California.

And how have you found California compared to the winter wonderland that you normally dwell in?

What do you think of our 72 degree Eden here?

This is really good. I could get used to this weather. Before here, I was in New Mexico and

prior to that in Arizona I loved both places. They were very very hot.

One day it was 98 degrees in Arizona and I just thought wow this is too early in the year for it to be this

hot. Texas was lovely by the time I got to Arizona the heat was for real.

Now obviously having a palette as sophisticated as your theological outlook. Have you had any

memorable culinary experiences here in California? Perhaps you've tasted our Mexican cuisine,

our fish tacos, our sushi.

Have you had anything to write home about?

I've had some lovely food prepared for me at parishes where I'm speaking.

It would be food on the simple side.

It was all great, it was all lovely.

It wasn't anything that for which California is traditionally known,

none of the things that you mentioned,

but the days are full and they have thousands of people

coming to the events that I'm conducting.

So there's no time for a sit-down meal
