| 1:13.9 | smarts and his team have got the smarts to make this a very, very big deal. |
| 1:18.0 | Anyway, so we're going to get to that in the moment, but you think about |
| 1:20.8 | property management, I talk about this often, and they're not just your property managers, they have to take care of your property, fill vacancies, maintain the property, take care of the tenants who are your customers, and deal with the law and liability. |
| 1:35.0 | So they need to be understanding of the environment. |
| 1:38.5 | Speaking of the law and liability, no one anticipates litigation, just as no one anticipates a car accident. |
| 1:44.6 | Both just happen as part of life. |
| 1:46.5 | And that means that asset protection is very necessary, |
