سولفنا في هذه الحلقة مع مثنى الرقطان، الرئيس التنفيذي لمنصة «إكويب»، المنصة الأولى عربيًا في حلول المطاعم والمقاهي.
بدأ حديثه بالتفريق بين قطاع الخدمات الغذائية وقطاع المطاعم والمقاهي، وانتقاله من تجارة التجزئة إلى سلاسل المطاعم والمقاهي.
