0:30.0	We're told by doctors and health professionals to work out our body, eat right, don't smoke,
0:35.5	limit drinking, and all kinds of advice to develop a strong and healthy heart and body.
0:41.5	We're told these things are important for the health of our heart, that we might live
0:45.6	a long and active life.
0:48.5	If we don't maintain these disciplines, the consequences could be fatigue, lethargy,
0:54.7	lack of motivation, or negative thought patterns.
0:59.1	How we take care of our bodies matters.
1:04.2	Disciplines are designed to strengthen.
1:07.2	We take care of and work out our bodies so that our bodies remain strong and become

1:14.4	And what if the same is true in our spiritual life?
1:18.6	If we don't take care of our spiritual heart and learn to discipline it, will we feel
1:25.1	lethargic and lack motivation in our spiritual walk with the Lord?
1:31.9	Today's verse touches on that.
1:34.0	To gain a heart of wisdom, we must learn to number our days.
1:38.7	The problem is, just like our physical bodies, we tend to want to get in shape overnight.
1:44.4	And this is why there are fad diets that come and go from one year to the next.
1:49.9	We want the strong heart and body now.
1:53.4	We tend to not look at the day to day like this verse suggests.
