There are moments in life when words fall short and the only thing that truly helps is the steady presence of someone who refuses to leave. 3. Becoming a faithful friend requires honest self-reflection: are we truly available to others, or are we more focused on the comfort of our own lives?
4. Fair-weather friendship is not the standard God calls us to — He calls us to stay through the storms, the grief, and the long and uncertain seasons of life.

Dear Lord, help me to be a friend who sticks closer than a brother. I want to reflect Your love, kindness, and compassion in the way I show up for the people in my life.
