the Lord is faithful.

He will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one, 2 Thessalonians 3-3.

Enemy attacks can come in many forms.

An attack might begin with something simple like a distraction, too many tasks on our

to-do list or the temptation of a cell phone pulling our attention away from what's most

important.

An attack can also be something devastating, leaving us hurt or discouraged.

Whether the enemy attacks in bigger, small ways, the purpose is always the same, to prevent

God's plan from being fulfilled.

We are precious to God.

He cares for us and understands everything we go through.

As we journey through this life with Christ, we will experience attacks, but God's protection

will keep us secure.

In his letter to the church at Thessalonica, Paul asked the people to pray for his protection

against attacks from evil.

He ensured them God would strengthen and guard them as they continued doing the work they

were called to do.

In the same way, we can pray for protection when we're under attack.

God was faithful then, and he's still faithful today.

Let's pray together.
