سولفنا في هذه الحلقة مع إبراهيم غويزي مؤسس تطبيق «سويتر» ورئيسها التنفيذي. و«سويتر» تطبيق يقدم خدمة غسيل السيارات المتنقلة.
بدايةً حدَّثنا ضيفنا عن خبراته السابقة في البزنس والتي امتدت لسنوات طويلة، بعدها انتقلنا بالحديث عن تطبيق «سويتر» الذي كانت بدايته خمس مغاسل تقليدية وثابتة تقدم الخدمة بشكل جيد، فما الذي أدى للانتقال وإنشاء تطبيق متخصص بالخدمة المتنقلة؟
ثم سألنا ضيفنا عن التفاصيل التشغيلية، ولماذا قدموا خدمتهم عن طريق الدراجات النارية «الدبابات»، وكيف صمموها بطريقة تتماشى مع سهولة تقديم الخدمة وسرعتها؟
بعدها حدَّثنا إبراهيم غويزي عن كيفية ضمان استدامة وجودة الخدمة عن طريق العمل مع الموظفين بالاعتماد الكامل والتحفيز المستمر. إذ لدى ضيفنا تجربة مميزة في زرع الانضباط وجدية العمل عن طريق نظام تحفيز داخلي يكافئ أو يعاقب تلقائيًا من خلال النقاط التي يحصل عليها الموظف.
كما فصَّلنا كثيرًا مع ضيفنا حول التسعير والمنتجات المستخدمة، فيقول ضيفنا إن منتجاتهم أساسُ تميزهم.
