سولفنا في هذه الحلقة مع الشريك المؤسس لشركة «كيورا» ورئيسها التنفيذي وائل كابلي. و«كيورا» منصة تقدم الاستشارات والخدمات الطبية عبر الهاتف الذكي.
بدايةً حدَّثنا ضيفنا عن بدايات التطبيق في 2015، حيث انتقل مع تأسيسه التطبيق من هندسة البرمجيات إلى مجال الخدمات الصحية. مؤكدًا أن المجال ليس جديدًا عليه، فوالداه طبيبان وكذلك بعض أصدقائه.
يأمل كابلي من «كيورا» حلّ إشكالية انتظار الطبيب وعدم توفره دائمًا، وذلك عبر الاقتصاد التشاركي واعتماد المنصات الرقمية في تقديم خدمات الاستشارات الطبية.
كذلك حدّثنا ضيفنا عن مجال الطب الاتصالي وتحدياته، ابتداءً بالتعاون مع الأطباء الأكفاء إلى كسب ثقة المريض والحفاظ على خصوصيته. كما سألناه عن تغيّر ثقافة المجتمع الصحية بعد كورونا، مجيبًا أن ثقة الناس في الاستشارات عبر التطبيقات ازدادت، خوفًا من اكتساب العدوى مع المراجعات المتكررة للمنشآت الصحية.
