0:16.9	Romans 1513 says, may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him
0:22.3	so that you may overflow with hope by power of the Holy Spirit.
0:26.0	Our God is the God of Hope, and He wants you to overflow with hope.
0:30.0	So let's start our week by getting our hopes up again.
0:46.4	Now today, we are doing something that I did last year on the Christmas week episode, and I am going to pray for you.
0:54.9	Last year, whenever I decided to do this because it just felt right to pray for the year and pray for the week, with it being Christmas week, I thought, oh, this will be a short little episode, just a nice prayer to set up Christmas and then let you get back to being
1:00.6	with your family. Well, 35 minutes later, my prayer wrapped up and it was powerful. So regardless of the
1:08.7	length of time, and I have no idea how this will go, I just want to invite
1:12.9	you to sit back. If you're somewhere where you can relax and close your eyes, close your eyes,
1:19.2	maybe even lay your hands on your lap open to receive, and I just pray that you would let these
1:24.2	words wash over you. Nothing is scripted. Nothing is planned ahead of time
1:29.3	other than a few categories of people I want to pray for specifically. But I just pray that you sit
1:35.1	in this moment and let these words become your own words. If there's something that applies to you
1:40.7	or something that echoes the desires of your heart, I just pray that you would
1:44.6	sit in this moment and let this prayer be for you. Let's pray.
1:54.6	Father God, I just thank you for the opportunity to even come before you, Lord. There are so many religions where you can't access
2:04.1	the God or the divine being. And God, you're a God that not only lets us come to you, you're the God
2:10.7	that comes to us. As we celebrate Christmas this week, the reminder that you are Emmanuel God with us. And when we forget
