Summary
سولفنا في هذه الحلقة مع عبدالله السعدي، مؤسس منصة «تيكر». منصة تقدم خدمة سحابية تمكّن المطاعم من الحصول على قنواتهم الرقمية الخاصة بهم، مثل المواقع والتطبيقات، والتي تؤمن لهم الوصول للعملاء.
تناولنا بدايةً أثر تجربته السابقة في «دووك»: نظام إدارة عمليات التوصيل، ولماذا اُتخذ القرار بتغيير الفكرة. وما المشاكل والتحديات التي وقفت خلف قرار التغيير.

كذلك تحدثنا مع عبدالله السعدي عن الفرق بين «تيكر» وتطبيقات التوصيل الأخرى، وبم يختلف «تيكر» عنها. وما العوامل التي يستند عليها العميل لدى اختياره الطلب من تطبيق المطعم مباشرةً بدلًا من الطلب عن طريق تطبيقات التوصيل؟
كما سألناه عن الدافع وراء تأسيس «تيكر گو»، وكيف استطاعت المنصة تحقيق نسبة 90% نجاح في عمليات التوصيل. وسألناه كذلك عن كيفية ضبط معدل التوصيل.
كل هذه الأسئلة يُجيب عنها ضيفنا عبدالله السعدي إضافةً إلى حديثه عن نمو فريق العمل وكيفية استقطاب أعضائه في ظلّ قلة وفرة أصحاب المهارات والخبرة المطلوبة. وما هي أبرز المشاكل التي تواجههم لدى استقطاب العملاء في قطاع المطاعم. كذلك حدثنا ضيفنا عن كيفية إدارة وتطوير تطبيقات العملاء وتحديثها ولماذا تحتسب قيمة إضافية للاشتراك فيها؟ كما لم يفتنا السؤال عن جائحة كورونا وتأثيرها وكيف ارتفعت طلبات العملاء إلى 500% في يوم واحد!
