Family, it's great to see you today.

If you're a guest, my name's Ben, I'm the pastor here. So grateful to be gathered with you today.

And, you know, I spent this last week in Florida with our high school and medical school students.

They were at camp.

And I thought that's what I would be up here talking about today.

Was the awesome experience they had a camp obviously was not expecting

like many of you to observe an attempt on former President Trump's life

yesterday so watching that as we were former President Trump's life yesterday.

So watching that as we were pulling together as a team, we're like, we probably need to shift how we want to come together today.

And I found myself this morning just so grateful that we get to do this.

That in times of uncertainty we have a community that God is forged by the gift of Jesus life that we can come together and seek the Lord together.

And, you know, it's interesting, wherever you are politically incidentally, I don't know where everyone is on their journey.

I don't think any of us want to live in a country where political problems are solved with physical violence.

We don't want a world like this. And yet it's interesting in a moment

like this, you go, well what do you do? What do you talk about? And for me watching online, like many

of you, I'm looking for information and then getting so

much speculation and assumption all marble together in the mix of well then what's

true it can it can stir up anxiety and some and others in anger and I realized what's my role in this as a pastor and it's funny because all last week I was with
