Acts chapter 13, verse 2. While they were worshipping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said,

Set apart for me, Barnabas and Saul, for the work to which I have called

them. What a scene. The church in Antioch is gathered together, just worshiping God, praying,

fasting, and in the middle of this worship gathering, God speaks. His Holy Spirit says, set apart from me,

Saul and Barnabas for the work to which I've called them, specifically for the spread of the

gospel to people who've never heard it. And from that point, Saul and Barnabas are sent out from the church

at Antioch, and the entire Roman Empire would be turned upside down with the gospel. And it all

started in a worship gathering. And I just want to encourage you, as you think about your time

alone with the Lord, and then your time gathering together with the church this Sunday, to go into your time alone with the Lord and then your time gathering together with the church this

Sunday to go into your time with your church family or just your time alone with God

ready and expectant waiting for him to speak in whatever way he desires and if that is to speak

in a way that would send you or me to make a major change in

our life for the spread of the gospel in the world, then we're saying, yes, we just want to,
