When you turn down the volume on the flesh, you will turn up the volume on the spirit.

I can't explain why it happens.

It just happens.

It's supernatural. If I could live in a continuous fast, I would. I can't

fasting is feasting ladies because when you are fasting there is a sweetness in your

walk with the word that isn't there otherwise.
