exciting you both have created a community initiative where

you are addressing the issue of what so many are seeing right now playing out in the world in

terms of there's police brutality there is social injustice

there are issues with law enforcement and their communities and you are really

about bringing these communities together you're about bringing these communities together. You're about bringing these two,

two, I would say factions together to work as one.

Kew, can you talk to us about your initiative, what is dedicated to community all about, and what made you start this,

and how is this the answer to the problems that we're facing right now?
