I've got to start with Dave Lee Travers, because that's the front page of a lot of the papers

facing jail for this sex attack, they say, on one person. He was cleared of all the other counts,

including, strangely enough, the girl who wrote an article for a paper, she went down there.

This is the girl I said this morning. She said, there wasn't a part of

my body. He didn't fondle. And I said at the time, because I thought it seemed just fairly pertinent

that if you go down there to interview somebody, it doesn't matter who it is. You know,

and she's after a particular interview, he then apparently touches her everywhere. Well,

I would have thought that any journalist worth their salt would have stood up and

gone, get off and walked out, but anyway, she didn't. You know, it sort of, it went on for all the time

in front of his wife. He was found not guilty of this. And yet, strange enough, the Daily Mail

today have repeated exactly everything she said, but he was found not guilty. He was found

guilty of one charge. And this was somebody from the Mrs. Merton show, who was a researcher,

who has gone on to be a household name. It's apparently out there in the public domain,

before the producer gets too panicky. I have no intention of

repeating this person's name. She claimed that he touched her, did this and that and all the

rest of it, and he was found guilty of that. On the basis of that, he might face jail. I say might
