| 0:46.8 | state legislature to pass the Packaging Reduction and Recycling |
| 0:51.2 | Infrastructure Act. |
| 0:53.0 | That bill aims to reduce plastic packaging by 50% |
| 0:56.7 | over the course of 12 years. |
| 0:58.7 | And after those 12 years, all plastics |
| 1:01.0 | and other recyclables must be made to be at least 70% recyclable and some of the |
| 1:07.6 | costs of that as far as the bill puts it would be offset by the companies that make plastic packaging themselves. |
