My name is Edwin, and here is Sarah's true scary story.

Back in 2008, my mom and I, we moved from her hometown to my hometown.

My hometown is in Northern Montana on a Native American Indian reservation.

A lot of times on Indian reservations, it's hard to find rental opportunities just because

most reservations, because it's like sovereign land and tribal land if we have tribal housing

systems and stuff like that.

Or it's just like generational family homes that people just live in through the years.

You really won't find too much opportunity for renting unless it's like a sort of a bigger

city area.

But this wasn't, this was like up in the mountains, very secluded, just this like small town

at the base of the Rockies.

So we moved there.

When we first got there, it was hard because we couldn't find anywhere to rent and we

were just trying to get back on our feet.

Then after a while, though, we found my grandma.

My grandma let us stay with her for a time.

However, my grandma and my mom growing up, they had some like tents issues and stuff

that they went through.

We knew that it was going to be a really temporary situation and that we had to find something

fast.
