Good morning, friends and enemies. Today we are doing a 12 team mock draft on the Sleeper app.

And this will be pulling in real people from the Discord.

That's where I usually throw the links into mock draft with us.

Now, this is 12 team, one quarterback, full PPR, starting two running back, starting three wide receivers, starting a tight end, a quarterback.

I think we have two normal flex spots and maybe one bench.

This is going to be 10 rounds.

I'm going to take the number one overall pick because I want to test a few different strategies here and we can go from there.

I'm going to drop the link in the Discord right now and we will watch this fill up in real time come on team eight the whole world is waiting on you bang all right we got about

15 seconds that filled up we're going to start the draft. And I'm sitting at the 101.

Now, I've been on record saying that Sequin is my 101.

However, the reason that we do these mock drafts is because we notice patterns.

We notice trends and sometimes best player available isn't always the best strategy when it comes to drafting. So what I've seen

more often than not, although the way that this draft is going is not the way that I expected

this to go so far is going hero running back is fun. And by hero running back, that means drafting

one really good running back at the beginning of the draft and then kind of peppering wide receivers afterwards because it's, you know, relatively easy to fill your RB2 spot in a full PPR league.

What I've seen, however, especially at the 101, if you have an early pick, you know, going with the Sequin Arbejean is fun.

However, when you get to the two three turn, the value in that round,

in those rounds, to me, tends to favor running backs very, very heavily. Even, you know,

if you're in the back half of the draft, I think when you get to the three five, the three six,

three seven, a lot of the times you're seeing guys like Josh Jacobs, Chase Brown, Jonathan Taylor, kind of sitting there, whereas you're choosing between them and like Tyreeke Hill, Terry McClorn, Garrett Wilson, where in my opinion, I'm leaning heavy on the running backs there, which makes sense to go wide receiver earlier on in drafts,

just based on where the value pockets are starting to move.
