because they're going back to St. Andrews. And I just thought, Joy, please do a podcast with me

I'm so happy to be on the show and I feel like we have been talking over talking about talking

doing this podcast for about a week. So I'm excited to dream and talk and share with all of you

out there. We have started this three times and had trouble with my computer. So we are down to

the last moment. Third time is the charm. Yeah, third time is the charm. But anyway, I've been thinking

so much lately about the fact that our lives are so demanded of and we're drained on a constant basis.

And I just wanted to acknowledge that for you and for me, I know as I look back in the last

few weeks, I've had so little time to have time by myself, time to think, time to do anything. And I

have cooked and talked and cooked and talked and cleaned and cleaned and cleaned and cooked and

talked and eaten with my sweet family. But as I go into this new year, I realize that if I don't get

some time away, carve out some time by myself, I'll probably pop, as you well know.

And what I want to talk about just at the very beginning of this is that we are limited creatures.

And once we have spent all of our, um, going, so to speak, Joy's the one that kind of brought
