When I have guests on my podcasts, I read their books to work out questions for the episodes.

And when reading these books, I always find such amazing information that never makes it into the

podcast. And here, I get a chance to give you a peek into the book. I've put a link to the book in the show notes,

So I'm going to be reading from chapter one,

which is titled The Sandlot,

and this is what Wendy has written.

A simple text message in October of 2016 changed my life.

My spiritual teacher had texted me.

Joe wants to speak with you.

Are you ready?

I gulped, as this was rife with implications.

No, I was not ready.

But it was time.

I had sensed Joe's energy around me strongly for more than a year.

I left the kitchen and meditated for a half hour in my bedroom before texting a reply to my

teacher, Birdie. Joe told me who I was in his lifetime. It's a lot to accept, but I feel
