0:51.0	Why did I sell the house? Yeah, why did you sell that?
0:53.0	I was part of New York State politics.
0:56.0	Why? Because the politics in New York, the taxes, I felt I wanted to spend my time in Florida during the winter months and I didn't want
1:09.2	to leave the house by itself, you know, without being occupied during the winter months because of
1:14.4	the freezing of the pipes and things like that as people breaking in.
1:19.3	You can hire people to take care of property. True. True. Some of them even stay in the house.
1:26.4	So there were alternatives. Yes, there was alternatives. I realize that.
1:31.5	Well, you're, yeah. You're grieving. What is alternative? I realize that. Yes.

1:34.1	You're grieving, and that's normal.
