Hey everybody, happy new year. Now look, I gotta be honest with you, this isn't a real episode. I know, I know, I've been slacking off, but I just wanted to check in and let you know that I'll be back next week.

Because I definitely, absolutely have not really been feeling like myself lately, you know, with all the scary

family health stuff and travel and, you know, I didn't really talk about it, but for over a month

now my stomach's been bothering me, so I'm working on that, trying to figure that out.

It's very, I don't know, depressing.

Oh yeah, and it's been a really rough year, as you might recall. So I'm just taking a little break. I'm sure you understand. But the good news is I am excited

to come back to you next week in 2020 with a brand new episode, a very fun interview, a rejuvenated spirit, and a fresh new attitude.

Because that's what I need.
