Hi guys, it's Zeno Duidhar here. I'm one of the producers at Kernan Cultures. We were supposed to

release one of my episodes today, one that I'm excited to share with you. But it just didn't feel right to post a light-hearted story in such sad times.

The crisis in Ukraine has weighed heavily on our team's minds

this week, as many of us have friends or colleagues that are Ukrainian with family back home.

It's a feeling all of us can empathize with, one that we felt with our Syrian, Yemeni, Iraqi,

Afghan and Palestinian families, friends and colleagues over the years.

And so, to respect the grief and fear, many are feeling around the world, we're holding

off on releasing an episode this week. Instead, we're sharing resources on how to help the crisis

in Ukraine, placing particular focus on African and Arab individuals struggling to escape the country or stuck at borders.

We also want to point you towards some Eastern European voices that we've been listening to in solidarity and support.
