Hello everyone. This is Victor Jackson. Welcome to the Bible-centered podcast.

0:17.0

I have been wrestling with this text.

0:32.5

This week, not only this week, but there's some things that I just kind of think on and germinate,

0:44.0

marinate on. I was telling John the other day that there's some messages that could take about 10 years to really be released to preach it or let the thought develop.

1:09.5

The reason being is that there's some i don't believe the bible can really hit home

1:18.3

unless you live through some stuff it has to be more than an intellectual experience or just profound revelation.

1:31.3

There has to be a life lived that reflects the message.

1:37.8

And I taught on this, mentioned it briefly when Jesus was in the ship and the Bible says that there

1:50.8

were so many crowds on the seashore that he had to get off the seashore and get in a ship

1:57.5

and teach.

2:08.8

And as he, it's teaching from the ship, the Bible says that they took him even in the ship.

2:13.7

And when they took him in the ship, the Bible says that a storm came.

2:21.2

And the revelation is, is that the same boat that you teach in is the same boat you endure in

2:30.4

what you expound you will experience what you preach in the day you will live in the night

2:36.8

that god will never allow your revelation to be so great that he doesn't equalize it with experience and it will never allow the storm or your experiences to be so great that he doesn't

2:45.0

equalize it with revelation. There is a divine balance so he keeps the messenger on the ship of adversity long enough

2:55.3

until the messenger becomes the message.

3:01.3

That's what makes it powerful.

3:03.7

So when someone gets up and says,

3:07.1

anything is possible, you can feel that's coming from a life or a good thought.

3:15.7

Can't you feel?

3:17.6

You ever heard somebody say that and you fall asleep?
