I really make it a habit to path more water, like fresh water bottles, and some kind of snack for pickup.

Like I don't always do that during the school year, but I feel like the minute they get in the air-conditioned car, they need something,

or they're going to start to fall apart before we get home.

And if you all thought we were done talking about packed lunches,

you're wrong. As it turns out many of you and even our very own Megan still have to pack

lunches for summer camps. We had specific questions about transitioning kids from school cafeteria

lunches to cold pack

lunches in our community. And Megan promises that she has a never failed template for packing

summer camp lunches. And hit it. Okay. That's a big promise. But I do have what works for me. So Catherine in our community shared about how our preschooler is transitioning from school prepared lunches that they love to pack full lunches this summer and ask for our best advice. And I can't believe that I don't get to take a break from packing school lunches and I have to

roll right into packing camp lunches but that's kind of been our MO for many summers.

We don't do summer camp every single week of summer.

So I do get some breaks where I'm just making lunch at home.
