All right, we're back on the Elm Street, not in Haddonfield, but Springwood, Ohio.

And I gotta say, I kind of like this town.

It's a little creepy.

There seems to be a lot of abandoned houses all around and one red door that's outside our Airbnb as we've been joking all along over at 1428

Elm Street. First off, this is Mike Rothman, president or and chief of

Consequence of Sound and a constant contributor of this podcast obviously and

also the Losers Club, a Stephen King podcast also presented by the

Consequence Podcast Network. Unlike the first episode though though we got a new cast and I'd like to go around and introduce them. I can't really go around in circles because we're all scattered across the nation. This is a this is a new tactic against Freddie Kruger which hasn't really been explored in the Elm Street

universe yet, but we're all around the nation and let's start in Austin, Texas and talk to our first two

hosts and you might know one as Dan Kaffrey. How are you doing Dan?

Yeah, and sorry I know I wasn't around for that first, so I'm excited to dive into what I think is a pretty underrated sequel in the in the nightmare franchise

Agree agree now for you what are you some of your first experiences with a nightmare in Upstreet?

So it's funny, I feel like even though Halloween is kind of my series, I feel like

Nightmare was the one I heard about more as a little kid.

I heard the one to Freddie's coming for you nursery rhyme on the playground

quite a bit before I ever saw the series. I remember there's this one kid in my

class who he's like oh I made up I made up an extra verse and so and this before I even saw

...
