Good morning and welcome to the Independent Republic of Mike Graham right here on Talk

Radio. The police force in this country is such a bad way that they don't even call themselves

a force anymore. They haven't got enough officers. They haven't got enough police stations.

They haven't got enough money. And they haven't got enough custody suites. However,

they thought it would be a great idea to rent out a police lockup to Halloween revelers.

Just to add insults or injury, it was advertised as a spend the night in Fred West cell

for 75 quid. What on earth is going on? What a stupid idea and what a ridiculous waste of everybody's time.

0344-49-1,000. It's the big one for Jeremy Corbyn today. The leader of the Labour Party is limbering up for his speech to conference in Liverpool in which he's not going to apologise

for anti-Semitism in the party or express regret for working on press TV for Iran. What he will do

is promise to put solar panels on every roof in the

land and create 400,000 green jobs in the UK. I'm looking forward to finding out where all the
