Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of getting hammered. It's a little bit of a New Year's edition.

Look, we're late, but that's how I do everything. Okay? This is what we're doing.

We're going to talk about New Year's and New Year's resolutions.

And normally people would do that maybe the last week of December.

Not us.

I thought that we were going to do our favorite Thanksgiving stuffings.

I'm an innovator.

Here's what I'm doing.

A week into your New Year's resolutions, I'm holding you accountable. Yeah, that's right. How is it going?

Let's think about it. But before we do that, we do need to do a little Trump update.

We do.

Because, I mean, not that there's not going to be more Trump news if we just wait till the next show.

But the news this time is pretty big, which is that in Colorado, the Supreme Court of that state decided that Trump should not be on the primary ballot due to Article 3 of the 14th Amendment, which they say precludes him because he was involved,

he was involved in an insurrection and therefore can't participate. Now, this will no doubt be

appealed to the Supreme Court, although it was, I'm not sure it has been yet.

There's slow movement on that.

No, there's no decision on the Supreme Court.

Well, I mean, the appeal, the actual appeal part.

So it will be appealed.

And then the Supreme Court will no doubt say, no, you can't kick him off the ballot
