Focusing on the four main areas of your life - your home, body, mind, and soul - you will close a chapter and define what comes next. What core needs do you have for 2022? What boundaries do you want to set? What self-care practices are coming with you? What is your dream life if you were free of all limitations? It’s up to you - and it starts right now. Welcome, welcome, welcome back. It's time for a brand new episode of the Yoga Girl

0:08.6

podcast Conversations from the Heart. I am smiling so big right now because this is officially

0:17.5

the very first podcast that I am recording from our new home in Sweden. It is a big change for me,

0:26.1

even just what I'm looking out at right now. The view in front of me is so polar opposite from

0:32.0

my regular view in Aruba to paint you a little word picture. I'm sitting in our guest house now,

0:38.7

which is this tiny little one room. It's like a little studio kind of guest house where we put a

0:44.3

sofa bed in. We have a little kitchenette, tiny bathroom, and a little kitchen table at a corner

0:49.8

and I'm sitting at that table right now. It's really working out well that this guest house is here

0:55.4

because it means I have a totally quiet private place to record this show every week.

1:01.5

And my view just looking out at the window right now, looking out through the window. I see

1:07.2

pine trees, lots of pine trees. There's snow on the ground. There's actual snow on the ground. I'm

1:17.7

looking out at a little bit of a winter wonderland. I see the frozen overlay out in the distance.

1:23.6

It started snowing. Okay, as I spoke that word. As I said frozen overlay, I saw the first little

1:33.2

snowflake come down. It's snowing. I'm recording this podcast. One of our last podcasts of the year,

1:39.2

it's wintertime. Oh my god, it's almost new years. And I just started to snow how precious.

1:46.3

I hope wherever you are that you are in a place where you can actually drop in and contemplate

1:55.0

right now. So this is our big intention setting practice of the year. This is normally this is

2:02.3

the very last podcast that I record at the end of the year. How it worked out this year is that

2:08.1

the last podcast of the year is actually next week, which is December 31st. It's falls on New Year's Eve.

2:14.4

And our intention setting practice, as you know, if you've done it with me before, requires time.

2:20.4

It requires dedicated presence and energy and a really kind of patient space for you to go deep

2:30.0

inside of yourself. So I felt like releasing this podcast on New Year's Eve just was too tight.
