Summary

Jesus wants to create new life within us. When we feel lost in the wilderness, or trying to survive on our own in the desert, Jesus promises us refreshment. He promises rejuvenation as he walks through the hard times with us. It may not sound easy, but we can always count on God to be there with us.

0:00.0	Let's dive into the Bible today. I'm going to go to Isaiah chapter 43. Isaiah chapter 43,
0:13.9	you don't have to try to find that it's in the middle of the Bible somewhere, you know, it gets
0:17.7	complicated. There's 66 books here, and this is a lot. And I just want to start us with two
0:24.9	verses today that we're going to be talking about in Isaiah chapter 43. Starting in verse 18,

1:16.1	keep moving on here before I lose people. A new thing. I want to talk today about a new thing.
1:21.6	Let's pray. Jesus, we thank you so much for your word. Thank you for your presence that's with us
1:27.3	today. God, I pray in these next few moments, you would speak to us. And God, we would just encounter
1:34.8	the person of Jesus, the presence of Jesus, your love and your grace today in just a real
1:40.4	authentic way. God, I pray for those who are in the midst of serious bouts of depression.
1:49.7	God, that you would break off depression. You'd break off anxiety. God, you'd bring joy to us
1:56.3	today. You'd bring peace to us today. God, for those who have been experiencing any illness in
2:01.1	their bodies, any sickness in their bodies, you are a healer. So God, today we expect miracles.
2:06.4	We know you're a miracle working God. Thank you, Lord, for those that are in financial
2:10.8	strates. You are Jehovah, Jehovah, the God who does provide. Lord, come and do something miraculous
2:15.9	today in our midst. And thank you for this sunny weather we are getting in Seattle today. In Jesus
2:20.8	name. And everybody said, amen, amen, a new thing. We have a culture that is obsessed with new,
