Hello and welcome to what was once known as the Self-Luff Fix Podcast. My name is Beatrice and I'm your host.

And if you have listened to this podcast before and you're like, where have you been?

Not you just coming in like you weren't gone for a year? I was. I was. And I'm sorry. I believe my last episode

I said I was going to be gone for a week or two or something like that and it turned out to be a

year. But I felt very strongly from the Holy Spirit that it was a time to cease everything, like just

freeze everything and be under complete obedience. And I didn't

know how long that was going to last, but we're here. That's tea for another day. We're here.

We're here. And this podcast is undergoing a change. The name is changing. We'll get to that at the end.

But right now I kind of want to give a preview. I don't want to take up too much of your time because the first episode back is dropping March 12th, 2026. If you're catching this right when I drop this. So I think that marks two days, three days, this week. Okay. So the new direction in the past. First of all, if you've listened to this

podcast for any amount of time, the self-love fix podcast, I want to thank you. I just want to thank you

so much for being here with me, whether you started from the jump from the beginning back in

2018. I think that was November 2018. I cracked my knuckles, sorry, whether it was November 2018 or whenever

up to what, 2025, thank you. So yeah, things are changing. What's happening? Where are we going?

What's the vision? During the self-love fix podcast era, if you will, we were touching on a lot of topics, weren't we? We were talking

about dating. We were talking about boundaries. I feel like we were laying a lot of foundations,

which was great. Some of the methods I used, I don't, you know, as a Christian now, I wouldn't

use today. But regardless, there were a lot of good foundations, I think, that we had around self-esteem,

confidence, boundaries, ownership, whether it was of your stuff or the stuff that you're

accepting. I think a lot of it was about no longer sort of sitting in a room, you know how they say elephant in the room I think a lot of

it was about no longer sitting in a room with a giant elephant and pretending like the elephant

wasn't there a lot of it was about what is that I feel like there is something giant in the room

nobody sees it I think I see it I don't really see it clearly.
