Before we get into today's episode, I have a quick church announcement.

I'm really excited about what is happening right now in the society. For those of y'all who are new here, back in 2018, about a year or so

after starting this podcast, I launched a community called The Society. And this was a community

where women will be able to grow in both their faith and their business.

At the time, I was growing in my entrepreneurship.

I was growing in my faith.

And I could not find a space that met me in the totality of who I was.

I could find business spaces, but in there, I wasn't able to speak freely about my faith.

I would find faith-based spaces. And there, I wouldn't't able to speak freely about my faith. I would find faith-based spaces.

And there, I wouldn't be able to speak freely about my ambition and my goals. And so I really

struggled to find a community in a space where I could just fully show up with all the layers

of who I am. And in true entrepreneurship fashion, if I can't find something, I created.

And so I created the society.

And since 2018, we have served thousands of women helping them grow.

I've started the society solo.

I grew to having one other host.
