I'm excited to dive in today because we're want to talk about truly is that's path

from six figure to seven figure to eight figure the different questions that you're asking,

the different thoughts that you're having, the different problems that you're facing along

the journey. Your thoughts on cash flow have changed over the last decade of you being in the game.

Talk about what you used to think about cash flow and what do you

think about it today, especially with the strategies that you used to get it. Yeah, I got started in

real estate back in 2010 as a realtor. So I got started right at the beginning, I guess the end of

the recession, the beginning of everything turning around. And real estate was super cheap. The

average house here in Vegas was $100,000. And when I grew up,

the thing we always heard was buy rental properties, by single families. And honestly, at that time,

it made a lot of sense. Dude, if you go buy $100,000 property in Vegas that's newer, you don't have

any of these issues. And back then it was renting for $1,200.
