So how was your Thanksgiving?

It was great.

I love the celebration of all things, dinosaur relatives.

Did you eat some dinosaur?

I did eat some dinosaur.

We ate dinosaur two ways. So I feel like a proper predator of that time period.

So, you know, I always, Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. And I always, I always put on a big meal and invite anyone who doesn't have a place to go in San Francisco. So if that's you next year, you know, let me know. But one of the things that I

don't like is the carcass at the end of the meal. And, you know, I always have someone else sort of

carve as much of it as I as they can. And then it needs to leave my house before the next morning.

And this time I felt a little bad, like, am I actually taking these

dinosaur bones and throwing them in the compost and, like, you know, preventing future

generations from being able to study them. You're not leaving a fossil record of your

Thanksgiving meal? Is that weird? I'm not. I'm not. So, listeners, if you haven't listened to

our last episode, we talked to Ken Lakovara, who is a paleontologist, and told us that birds are still living dinosaurs.
