about the new so-called anti-PK-K operations that the Turkish

government has launched into the Iraqi-Kurdistan region with the help of the ruling Kurdish party, the KDP.

There's a lot of complicated messy situations going on here as you can probably

imagine.

situation happening right now in a so-called Iraqi Kurdistan because there's been

very little coverage of it outside of you

know Kurdish communities. The only people I hear talking about it generally is

like Kurdish friends. I don't actually see much of it anywhere else and it's quite a serious situation

so maybe you can explain what's actually happening now between Turkey, Iraqi Kurdistan,

PKK all of these different groups there's a lot going on.

Yeah, totally. So obviously we could start at the point where obviously Kurdistan was divided and a lot of different countries

among them Turkey Iran Iraq and Syria but also the Western powers have decided

that it's better for strategic military and different economic reasons to not have a Kurdistan.
