Farmer Rishi, thanks so much for taking some time to chat with us. Can you tell us a little bit about your background and how you got into education and agriculture? Yeah, thank you, Andy, for having me on.

It's been definitely a bit of a long journey to get to where I am today.

In college, I was a computer science major and just decided while I was studying that,

that it wasn't what I really wanted to do with my life.

And I wanted to kind of engage with something that was

a little more, felt a little more tangible and a little more like embodied, I guess. And so while I was

in school, I got involved with gardening and then I spent some time on a farm in India during and after school.

And when I moved back home, you know, after I had graduated, I moved back in with my parents

and I knew I wanted to do something farming related.

And I was living in the suburbs of Los Angeles, uh,
