Well, it's been a violent couple of days in Minneapolis with several shootings since yesterday afternoon.

Police do not believe this one is related to any of the others, but the effects are being

felt far and wide.

You cannot put into words the gravity, the tragedy, or the absolute pain of this situation.

Horror and heartbreak as the first week of class is interrupted by a barrage of bullets

at Enunciation Catholic School.

I'm so deeply saddened and I'm so sorry to the families that I know are suffering right now.

Minneapolis police say a shooter wearing black clothes and armed with a rifle, shotgun, and pistol,

opened fire on children and parishioners at morning mass through the stained glass windows from outside the church.

Investigators say two children, eight and ten years old, were killed where they sat in the pews,

while 14 other children and three worshippers in their 80s were wounded by the gunfire, but they're all expected to survive.
