1:21.0	of people in this country who go unpunished and undeterred, violent repeat offenders in all, really all 50 states.
1:35.0	And you would think that this would be the one issue
1:39.6	that we could go peddle to the medal on.
1:42.5	It's not fiscal issues where you have all this dependency
1:46.1	and people are too scared to cut bennies.
