So if you are a new trader or a seasoned trader, one of the things that you'll know is

that having a consistent morning routine is like super key, right?

It helps you to have a process that you can stick to every day or even if you're just

And one of the things I notice with me being a trader is that when I don't stick this

morning routine, I kind of get out of tune with the markets, right?

I start to like, oh my gosh, like, how's this been going?

I haven't watched this company, et cetera, et cetera.

And by having a morning routine and also having a watch list, which we'll talk about

more in a second, it allows you to really get in tune with how the markets are moving,

what's going on in the world, and how your specific lists of stocks are performing, okay?

So let's first start off with my own personal morning routine.

Now my morning routine, I'm typically up by six, I'm a mom of two.

So I'm usually up at six, wrangling children trying to get them school, giving them pancakes,

getting their hair done, dropping them off, et cetera, et cetera.
