City with this week's moment of kindness.

I lost my mom January 2019 suddenly and it is the hardest thing that I've ever dealt with and hopefully ever have to deal with.

I turned 30 in May and I didn't know this, but my mom had apparently reached out to a few of my friends to plan a party for me and so instead of my mom doing it my friends planned this really elaborate surprise party and my friends flew in from LA and

San Francisco and Boston and the party was actually in Philadelphia because I

was there for a school reunion.

And so I thought that I was just going to a dinner with some friends for the reunion,

but everyone I loved the most in the world was there in Philadelphia in one room.

We spoke with Jesse this week and she told us that today

May 22nd actually marks the one-year anniversary of this story and the surprise

party planned by her kind and

supportive friends. So happy birthday Jesse and thank you for calling and
