And now for a moment of clarity.

A sitting United States senator has to sue the Secretary of Defense because the Secretary of Defense attempted to demote him after the fact and take his pension.

Because he put out a video that said, it's your duty to refuse legal orders. But that's, but that in one sense is not surprising. It's not surprising, but it ain't okay. No, it's not okay. I'm not saying it's okay, but it's not surprising given what we know about the people in charge. I mean, look, what's Mark Kelly and those who did the video represent is another narrative,

that they don't want to have grab hold of the imagination of the American people to say,

oh, wait a minute.

That's what the senator said is the law, right?

And so they do push back on it.

And they try to break it down and beat it down

before it takes hold. That's everything we're seeing play out with this administration,

is going at the psyche of the American people to get them used to the idea that their

actions are the one action that is correct. Every other action and response is bad.

And what Mark Kelly is saying, no, no, no, we're not going to play the game.

In fact, let's get in front of a court and a judge and play it out there.

And the judge that this is going to is appointed by George W. Bush.
