Coffee. For some of us, it's an essential start,

or at least part of the day. It's also the most popular beverage in the U.S., with six out of

ten people drinking some form of the beverage each and every day, according to a survey by

the National Coffee Association, from hot with an extra shot to nitrogen-infused

cold brew. We Americans drink more coffee than tap water, the survey found. But something new is

brewing in the coffee sector. A tomol molecular coffee has just picked up $40 million in funding to

take a run at the cold brew market with its coffee products.

The surprising part is that they are made, get this, without coffee beans.
