He goes on to say, do everything for God.

You're knighting yourself to him by a mere upward glance, or by

the overflowing of your heart to him.

That means while you're cleaning the toilet or doing some task that you find difficult,

you can unite yourself to God by a mere upward glance.

Never be in a hurry.

That's a tough one, isn't it?

Do everything quietly and in a calm spirit.

Do not lose your inward peace for anything whatsoever even if your whole world seems upset.

Commend all to God and then lie still and be at rest in his bosom.
