As human beings is such a need to belong, and I think nowadays there's a bit of a global pandemic

of loneliness that this, although we're all digitally connected, many of us long to be part of

the tribe, like I think that sense of belonging and community is one of our most basic physiological

needs, like I really do. I think it's like you said one another is one another sense of security,

that that larger connections are so important and so intrinsic to our welding.

morning here. We're feeling great. We have got some content for you guys today.

Most are so excited. He's pacing around the house. We are chatting with the one and only happy

pair duo Dave and Steve Flynn. And they are the masterminds behind the happy pair. The

revolution sweeping across not only Ireland, but the entire world. These guys are having a massive

impact on the planet, on human bodies, on mental health. Like what aren't they doing?

Well, what they do do is they have a cafe and a veg shop in Ireland, which we had the pleasure

of visiting when we were touring through Ireland and had such a great time with them.

And have recently expanded to food service business that distributes all across Europe now.

And they do happy pair courses, which kind of lead people into the plant-based lifestyle. So

honestly, you guys, we had an amazing, amazing time chatting with them. They inspired me to

what don't they inspire you to do? That's what I said. I know. I'm just copying you. We'll let them get
