I'm giving you a little bit of an update of what's going to happen within the thick for

the next little bit.

One of my all time favorite songs is sung by Mercedes Sosa, you can look that up, it's

called gambia, todo gambia, which means change, everything changes.

And in moments of challenge, which usually come with change, I try to remember that everything

changes and so hear it in the thick things are going to change a little bit.

The first thing that's going to happen is we're going to take a pause, we're going to regroup

and restructure kind of how we do things at Futuro Media, including in the thick, so

you won't be hearing any new episodes for the rest of 2023, don't be upset because all

of our past episodes are going to be available on your podcast feed.

And we're going to be coming up with more stuff, a new and different in the thick, which
