I feel like I owe you all a massive life catch up and life update because I have not been

home for longer than two or three days at a time in over a month now. And I know I haven't done a very good job of

keeping you guys up to date with what's going on in my life. And I have been popping up in new

cities and even in different countries every five seconds for over a month. So I thought today

I would sit down and do a little informal, girly, casual chat with all of you. Before I begin, thank you so much for all the love and

support you showed in the last two episodes. My husband Matthew joined the podcast for two weeks in a row.

The first one was a reflection on our first year living in Scotland. And then last week's

episode was a more general like relationship Q&A and just answering questions that you guys frequently

ask me about how we make certain things work in our relationship. And it was a chance for you guys

to get to know Matt's personality a little bit more and get to know him a little bit more because

he's pretty offline. Like the man does not even have TikTok. He doesn't really use Instagram. He gets

his news by watching YouTube shorts. Like that's the kind of level of online that my

husband is. So I thought it was a good way for you guys to get to know him a little bit better.

And he was nervous because he's definitely more of a behind the camera type of guy.

But you guys were so encouraging and lovely. And he had a good time. He didn't hate it. He did not

hate it. He left the recording studio feeling good and he

listened to the episodes and even giggled to himself a few times. So this is excellent progress
