| 0:56.2 | A lot of day-to-day expenses that are being incurred will get paid for by that OCO fund. |

| 1:06.7 | asking for huge plus-ups. |
| 1:08.2 | There are also still some congressional politics |
| 1:10.8 | going on. The House added in a couple of extra littoral combat |
| 1:16.8 | ships, which has, I think, you know, it's in the news. |
| 1:21.5 | That program is not performing the way that we hoped it would and |
| 1:25.9 | the administration only requested one and the House said well how about three |
| 1:30.5 | so we're gonna be spending about 1.6 billion next year, buying three of those if the House gets its way? |
