You welcomed us into your lives, and that has been an honor we hold with profound respect.   Anxiety Slayer was born from our own lived experiences and a shared longing to ease suffering through compassion, mindfulness, and gentle encouragement. Over the years, this podcast became so much more than a show. It became a circle. A place of refuge. A reminder that none of us are ever truly alone in what we’re experiencing.   As we close this chapter, we want you to know that our work is not disappearing. All Anxiety Slayer podcast archives will remain available through the end of 2026, so you can continue to revisit the episodes that have supported you along the way. Our Patreon community will also remain active, with full access to all existing courses and guided meditations, so the tools you rely on will still be there whenever you need them.   This ending is not about loss, it’s about completion. And I'm thinking back to our first episode when we first met and how everything developed so organically, taking shape into what we hoped we could offer.
